Usually stores would be 3 stars, but that because everything is messy, price tags would be missing, etc. But that's not the fault of the store nor it's employees. However, what I will rate stores by would be their customer service. If I receive excellent customer service, then I know that they have the best employees trying their hardest and best to keep the store running properly. I received that customer service from QUIN. She was very professional and extremely helpful!!! She was able to help me while working the registers. I really don't go to Southwest Plaza because I live in Broomfield, so the drive is far and place unfamiliar. But Quin made shopping there at JCPenney easier. She was also able to address and handle a very stressful situation with another customer during checkout very professionally as well. You should be proud to have a wonderful employee such as Quin. Also, every time I go to the JCPenney there, the escalators are always down, and I do not go there as often. Not mad, but I find that hilarious! I might just be bad luck or something. XD

My boyfriend of 4 years gave me a promise ring the week before Valentine's day... It is April 27th and I still don't have it. We sent it to get it resized, they  sent it back without being resized because it was to big. I had to return it 💔 buy a smaller size then send the new one in. I am very upset that everything is taking this long. Besides the manager didn't do a good job helping me with the returning and purchasing part according to an employee who helped me after she did. Even the own employee noticed errors from the manager. Be aware of the jewelry deptartment. Ask questions.

Prices are always fluctuating, clothes are often misplaced. the only good thing about this store is that they have a Sephora

I had the worst customer service experience. When I came to the cashier, she didn’t even greet me. I had a JCP coupon and a JCP Reward, and the coupon clearly stated I can use the coupon with JCP Rewards. The employee kept arguing that I couldn’t use them together. She had to call a manager over, and the manager argued with me too. I told them to scan the coupon THEN my reward barcode and the discount for both worked. After I checked out the employee THREW the bag at me and didn’t even say thank you with an annoyed look on her face. My WORST experience at JCP!
