To whom it may concern, 

I don't even know if our washer and dryer came from this location, but frankly, I couldn't care less about that detail. If I could give negative stars, i would. We have had a terrible experience working with your company. Our first delivery date was early December, upon which your delivery men came to our apartment and refused to install because they didn't want to touch our switch valves. Fair enough, we hired a plumber and got them replaced. We had to wait a few weeks to get our purchase delivered again, so we've waited a month in total for a second delivery date. During this time, our paid in full washer and dryer were sitting in your warehouse. Today was our second delivery date, and it was terrible and unprofessional from the moment your employee stepped in the door. He made excuses the moment he began speaking to us, saying the hoses wouldn't be long enough, and our purchase wouldn't fit in the space. We provided specific measurements when we purchased - we live in an apartment, they needed to be a specific dimension. He proceeds to take our order out of the truck and says, "oh, they're damaged, do you still want them?" Why on earth would we want to accept damaged product? Especially when we paid in full for new items? It is completely unacceptable that we would be brought damaged product. And not only that, they were not the washer and dryer we had ordered. They were about 2 times bigger, and obviously damaged. This is absolutely ridiculous. We waited a month for even poorer service, and we didn't even receive what we ordered. We opted for a refund, because we will not be dealing with your company in the future, and neither will friends or family. I wish I could say thank you for the attempt, but I don't even feel that is deserved.

Horrible customer service from the girl with long brown hair. Don't know her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag. Kyle, however, was excellent to work with. Chick in the plaid....next time try NOT talking to your customers like their children and then walking away while making rude comments. Sears, she just made you lose good paying customers.

Very sad to see a once prominent store fall. I use to come here for my tools but now the tool section looks like a post apocalyptic nightmare. isles are empty, and the one employee I seen was smiling and happy to help, gabriella was her name I believe . Its a very sad store to be in , but she made it better.

Horrible experience. Bought a Christmas dress for my daughter.  I had to return to the store twice.  The first dress had a stain that I did not notice until I got home.  Went back exchanged the dress which took forever because no one is around.  The second dress the cashier left the security tag on.  Have to go back and have the tag removed.  Why is Sears still in business?????

Went to sears for appliances and the lady was was amazing! don’t know her name but her associate ID is 687.She was direct and honest. Got us a huge discount on a floor model and was not pushy at all. Saved a lot of money.
