Pretty disappointed with this store... To the point that I won’t shop here anymore. I’ve been coming here for 3 years, buying clothes for my two kids. I have sold a couple of things back to them and have been pretty shocked at the amount of $$ they offered for the items. Just yesterday I brought 6 boxes of clothes/ shoes, when I returned 2 hours later they had take 6 items for purchase. I was astonished! For a store to boast feeling good about buying from them, because you can sell back to them, to be so persnickety, is false advertisement. There are shoes in their shoe bins with mud crusted on them and they won’t buy a smart wool full body snow suit?? What? Don’t bother selling back to them, you will have more luck at a garage sale, or selling online. It’s a no wonder somebody stole a bunch of inventory from them. They steal from the customer all the time. I don’t believe that 2 wrongs make a right but people get fed up when they get taken advantage of.

I have been buying and selling with them since my son was little; he’s now 18. Lately I have been turned away with multiple bags of name brand clothes, shoes and also new with tags items. The last time I was told they couldn’t purchase was due to pet hair. I don’t believe I brought in dirty items, most of them had been washed and in bins for storage. Some ballet gear that was purchased with them was also turned away! The last time I looked to purchase from the ballet bin there were hardly any ballet slippers. I wonder if they even looked in my bags?! The other big thing for me is the customer service and the way they handle and speak to the customers. Some of them are quite rude! Unfortunately I feel like I have to go to their competitors! There is a place right around the corner!

Once upon a child is awesome! We have clothed both our kids (aged 4 and 1) very affordably and always looking smart and stylish! My wife loves the selection and I love the prices! Must visit for young kids who grow out of clothes so quickly!

Couldn't be bothered to try to sell anything here anyone ; the last several times the offer on what I dropped off was either nothing, or  was not worth my time or gas money. ARC is just around the corner and I don't have to wait 45 min to an hour to hear I'm not getting anything for my trouble.

This is the only place that I shop at for my kids. With young children growing so fast, I don't see the point in buying them brand name clothes for a ridiculous amount when they will grow out of it in a few months. The staff is always friendly as well and help out anytime you ask for something. The prices are always reasonable and they don't take you for granted for used items. I recommend this place to everyone who has or are about to have children.
