The manager, Zane, was very helpful and courteous. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and got a mattress I was very happy with for the price. Very satisfied!

Unfortunately we will never buy from here again. We spent alot of money on a stern and foster mattress and paid for it completely upfront along with two expensive pillows. We had a ten year warranty and after 2 years it was already broke down even though it shouldn't have and they sold us this expensive mattress on the pitch it had many more springs. I have not being able to find the actual receipt but found the card that came with it and the tag to certify is still on the mattress. The manager told me the company had switched owners but if I mailed a letter to the corporate office they should be able to find me by name in the old database. Of course, I got no response except they were denying my claim because lack of receipt and no mention of them trying to find us in their database. Although I'm sick I've misplaced the receipt it was just an easy out for the company to not even look. I can't believe I'm sleeping on a broken down mattress now after that much money spent. My cash will be going somewhere else next time. The positive note, the manager was extremely nice even though I got hosed. :(
