I honestly love this place. I would hangout and read a book here if I could. Pretty good quality furniture for the most part and good prices (except the patio sets). The sales people aren't pushy at all....they'll help if you ask. They are also very informative when you do buy items. I get stuff here all the time. And they even have a food court!! What's better than hot dogs AND new reasonably priced furniture?!

This store is awesome! Very enjoyable shopping experience, no high pressure salespeople following you around! There's plenty of them around though for when you are ready to ask questions, etc., but they will simply ask you if you are finding everything and then will leave you alone to browse! The sectional we wanted to purchase was out of stock, so we ordered it anyway so we could be guaranteed a spot on the purchase order list for a popular item. We were told by the salesperson it was about 3 weeks out at that time. Much to our surprise, the shipment came in two weeks early! My husband was home for the delivery and said the delivery crew was very nice, professional, clean and prompt! Thank you AFW!!!!!!!

We had no difficulty getting a sales person to assist us. After we purchased the item, we were kept up to date on the status of delivery well before our delivery date. Drivers arrived on time, were very courteous in setting up item as well as very respectful of us. They identified that one item was not functioning as it should which indicated that they were very familiar with how to set it up (3 piece entertainment center) so they called their resources, took the item back for future delivery of a working section. I am thankful that they didn't just set up the pieces and leave without making sure it all worked. Excellent experience all around.

Great prices and great selection. I feel like every time we come there is always new stuff. Friendly staff that aren’t pushy or your typically furniture salesman. They’re there when you need them but won’t bother you if you’re still looking. Check it out !

American Furniture Warehouse has AMAZING customer service. We redecorated our whole living area, received one of the chairs and ended up not liking it in the space, I called the customer service line to find out about doing an exchange thinking it may be difficult, NO! They made it SO easy, were extremely polite, and handled everything for me over the phone within 5 minutes! I am so stunned by the quality of their customer care. I will definitely be back again and would definitely recommend shopping with them!
