We were pleasantly surprised with the variety and quality of their showroom inventory. Living Spaces actually has furniture cut open on display so customers can compare their quality construction versus mass construction from competing furniture manufacturers. Their warranty is hands down the best in the industry. The salesman were polite, helpful, not pushy and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend visiting Living Spaces. We tried the rest and found the best.

The Phoenix showroom customer service rep was very helpful. She showed me where the items were that I wanted to look at from online. The delivery Is not as great so far. I was given a 3 hr window and they have a nice tool to track deliveries. But then I saw mine was passed over. I thought maybe it’s not in order. But then they weren’t coming back and my 3hr window was closing so I called. The lady was nice and called the driver. Then she said they would be here in an hour. Aka they forgot me. So that’s convenient. Good thing I called. They were almost done with the deliveries per the tracking tool. So just keep track of your delivery.

We were so surprised and happy to find such great deals here. The warehouse is huge! There are so many options and styles. They also have a big clearance section with amazing deals! Justin helped us and made sure we were well taken care of the staff at living spaces were all very friendly and helpful we will definitely be back.

First time shopper at Living Spaces and we will shop there for all interior and patio furniture needs. Ashton was the gentleman who helped us, and the customer service experience couldn’t of have been better. We went to the store twice, for hours, walked around and sat on every couch, and Ashton was there to answer every question. He was so helpful and kind. My biggest pet peeve is entering a store and the sales force hounds you and follows you everywhere, trying to get that sale. The employees at LS do not work off commission, so you can go there and not be hounded. I highly recommend this store from customer service to the product. I can’t wait to shop for the next room we are working on.

The furniture selection was huge and the staff is very nice and definitely helpful. They also have a kids play room and cars to stroll your kids in which was very accommodating for me. The ladies restroom was clean and very large. The downside, I wasn't impressed at all with the furniture selection. The pieces were nice but you could find the same look for a lot cheaper. I honestly thought everything was priced too high. I didn't find one thing that I would want to spend that kind of money on. It's the same type of furniture you find at every furniture store. I would say simple and plain. I went in looking for a glass dining table, thinking they have to have a huge variety of dining tables to choose from and they had nothing glass and no variety. The adult bedroom furniture was just as bad. I really thought for the size of the store that they'd have every style and impressive pieces. I was so greatly disappointed with the selection. The only thing that caught my attention was the triple bunk beds, even that was overpriced. I left thinking that was a waste of my time. I still can't believe they didn't have one thing I thought was worth buying. The bathroom is hands down the most impressive thing inside Living Spaces.
