After years of getting real tree's we decided to buy an imitation tree. Have been seeing all the commercials regarding American Sale and Christmas Tree, so the family and I made a trip their today. After spending about 10 mins looking around, we were approached by Corey who asked us if we had any questions. Not only did he answer our questions, he gave us a ton of information on the tree types were were looking at and all the features of the lights that were part of the tree. He was very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. I never got the feeling that he was pushing us in any way which was nice. The store has a ton of Christmas stuff now with really good prices. Overall we were very happy with the store and the service.

We have always been a "real tree" family at Christmas.  This year we decided to shop for an artificial tree.  We didn't know much about artificial trees so thankfully we had our sales rep Corey there to help us.  Corey was great and showing us and explaining the different tiers of trees you could choose.  He was very patient with us and was a big part of us switching to an artificial tree.  I would highly recommend checking them out and looking for Corey if you go to American Sale.  Thank you Corey for all your help.

Scott Cook is truly an incredible Spa salesman.   He was able to find us exactly what we wanted by taking the time to explain each HotSprings Spa in great detail.  He is incredibly knowledgeable on all of his products and is genuinely interested in finding the right hot tub for you, not just the most expensive one.  Once we purchased the spa, he even came to our house to adjust the chemicals in our new hot tub.  He is extremely passionate about the business, and his clients, which is rare to find these days.  I highly recommend consulting with Scott before purchasing your spa.  Thank you, Scott for helping us with our spa purchase and set up!

Zach was very welcoming and helpful when I went in last week. He assisted me in finding what I needed. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience, I look forward to the next time I will be shopping at American Sale.

This was my  1st experience at American Sale and it was a good one.  When I  called American Sale, Lake Zurich,  I spoke with a salesman by the name of Corey to see if they had a particular patio set I was looking for in stock. Corey went out of his way to answer all the questions I had  about the patio set and also informed me of similar sets that suited my needs.  When I arrived at the store the first thing I noticed before meeting with Corey was the store had so many unique styles of furniture and all the accessories that you could mix and match to complete your decor. Secondly, when we met with Corey he laid out all of our options and walked us around the store to show us the many styles they had.  Corey walked us through everything we needed to do step by step and it made our buying experience so much easier and relaxing than any of the other stores we visited throughout the week.  If you go to this store I would highly recommend asking for Corey.
