The service in this store was terrible! I spent an hour there with 2 kids under 3. I went to exchange my phone. Which after an hour into doing the switch over, I said give me back my old phone I'm done. They treated me so rudely and made it more uncomfortable to be there then it already was with 2 little ones. I eventually got a hold of someone on the phone who can ship me a replacement phone so I can switch over my stuff on my own. Seriously worse service I've ever received in a phone store. (It was early in the day and the store was dead, there was no excuse to be treated so poorly)

It's safe to say I will never be going to that store again there was a short woman in her mid-30s extremely rude I asked for a clear case and she said you don't want that that's what all the Gurleys use Then she proceeded to sell me or try to sell me unlimited plan and told me my speed was slowing down as it stands now. She was basically lying to me to try to get me to upgrade for more money I will never go in that store again
