6 reviews 5/9/2017 I understand why they ask for payment in full prior to job completion. The installer & order fulfillment installed gold dividers and the order had titanium. I called the Sales representative whom told me there is a follow-up service request for all installations and it will be taken care of then. I called customer service to let them know that they installed the wrong dividers. Customer service stated they would call back shortly to schedule the visit. 3 days later the visit was scheduled with earliest available date 2 weeks out. 2 weeks later installer shows up for inspection and had no idea about the error they had made from the order and both myself and sales telling them as courtesy. I then call customer service and ask they escalate this to management. Customer service told me I will get a call back in 24hours. It's now 4 days later no call back from their management. On top of this the customer service agent stated I was in error the follow up visit was purely for inspection not to correct the wrong material being installed.

Horrible customer service. I specifically asked for an AM install because I have 2 kids under 3 years and they go to bed at 7pm. It's 4:15pm and they're still not here. We called customer service and they stated the installers will be here within the hour, it's been 2 hours. Very disappointed!

We needed flooring very quickly, and Luna Flooring Gallery really came through! Rob and his team were very helpful in picking out the right colors and quality to match our decor. There was even an area where our floors needed patching so the carpeting would not buckle. Luna's flooring specialists fixed this spot and installed our carpet perfectly.
