Place sucks. Managers interrupt you mid conversation. About almost 80% of my tile
Was broken after they loaded it into my truck. Now having to wait another week for new tile is not making my contractor or I happy! Thank god I can cancel and found a new cheaper spot, ready in 2 days!!!!!

I work as an Interior Designer in Barrington, IL and have been a customer of The Tile Shop for at least 10 years now. I have had great success with finding beautiful options here. They offer a nice trade discount and quick delivery. Their return policy is better than any other tile vendor I work with.  I have found the Lake Zurich location to be exceptional in customer service. Each and every one of their employees treats me with respect and gives prompt attention to my requests. I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review for them.  I would highly recommend that this be your first stop to look for tile.

Sales people are friendly here but they seem to be in a hurry always. Lots of good collection but pretty expensive. They do give some good discounts.

Went there to get some tile and Ed was very helpful, not too pushy. Answered all my questions and gave me a few suggestions but let me make my own decisions. 2 years ago we bought tile and backsplash for our kitchen remodel and the young lady (can't remember her name, Denise maybe?) was extremely helpful and patient with us in our process.
