Very Quiet atmosphere. However there was a new clerk at the front desk the morning of the 15th, i had never seen this woman before, and she has a nasty attitude. Also very rude to the Housekeeping. Other than that the guys who works there as clerks at the front desk are very neat and super courteous.

Not very good cable kept going out and I asked for more towels and they didn’t bring them. And the room was so hot I had to open all the windows . I couldn’t turn off the heat because there was no thermostat in the room to turn it off. Then when the heat went off it stayed off and then got very cold. Not staying there again.

The hotel called to ensure that I was going to be checking in. 2 hours later when I try to check in they had given my room away. Do not patron this establishment.

The worst hotel ever seen in my life and I have been in two third world countries and seen better hotels I don't know how they are still managing their business if I had the option to give them zero Stars I would have

I bought a room and then got a refund....1st time at Americas best ...and last 😭 my 4 year old said it was raggedy
