Had a great stay here. The amenities like the hot tub, fitness center and free cookies upon check in were all excellent and made our stay enjoyable. We were even able to push back our check out time which was convenient, however the housekeeping staff didn't seem to be notified and were a little unpleasant when we had to explain what we were doing.

I received excellent customer service from Tonya during my check in process. I explained to her that I'd been driving all night and that I needed to have an early check-in in order to iron my clothes and take a shower for a funeral that I was attending​ that morning. She graciously granted my request for an early check in (at 5:30 am on a Saturday) without hesitation and with the smile and positive attitude. These are things that just don't happen anymore. I'm very pleased with my stay and recommend this hotel and their wonderful staff to anyone visiting the Detroit Michigan area.

Very good hotel. Stay here every time I'm in town. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nicer than expected for the price. Honor's members get a super delicious cookie. In the several times I've stayed here haven't has any issues.

Not as nice as I had hoped or as portrayed in the photos. Had to request a new room because of dirty sheets and in the new room, those sheets were not so clean either. Shuttle service runs every hour rather than by request and stops at 10pm. Our flight got in at 10:30p so we had to find other means. Kinda silly to say you offer pick ups/drop offs at the airport if you stop before all flights are in and start after some flights have left. I guess it's a true statement but somewhat of a misrepresentation. But that's just my opinion.. Who am I? If you speak with the front desk to request the shuttle you may be told it will be a few hours. (Although, this may have just been a busy time) Despite being advertised on several websites as having a free breakfast buffet, you should know it's not free. It's $14 but it is not bad at all. The elevators are a good walk from the front of the hotel but there are side entrances. Overall not horrible, I just expected a little more.

This was an excellent hotel. The lobby was very nice and modern and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning which was also very good.
