I have been here a couple times with my kids Lin and the housekeeper Barber is great!!!!! The warm smile to the let me get you more towels are wonderful. They give you that extra mile that makes you want to come back. The price is great and the rooms are clean to the max!! This is our home away from home and Lin, Barber, and Lilly is our new family!!!!

The accommodations here are pretty middle of the road. Nothing fancy, but no major issues either. The breakfast was on the lower end of basic, but having the in site kitchenette provides the ability to cook your own option which is nice.
My main issue for not giving a better rating is the paper thin walls that force you to listen to your neighbors to both sides and above if not in the top floor.  I could clearly hear the phone conversation of one neighbor well into every evening to the point where I called and complained after midnight one evening. I would highly recommend ear plugs while staying here.

My mom and I stayed here for a concert at Little Caesars Arena, and I've never stayed in a nicer place for the price. I booked online and checking in was very easy, and the rooms were GREAT. The kitchenettes essentially had full sets of dishware! I don't really know if that's a normal thing elsewhere (we even had a colander), but we really appreciated it. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional (even toward some less-than-considerate guests) and the breakfast has a wide variety of options.

The hotel itself was just fine - the rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. The staff was polite and friendly. We had a two bedroom suite, which was fine. There was only one bathroom shared between the two bedrooms and one room was considerably smaller than the other, but other than that it did the job.

What has lowered my rating was the clientele. We stayed three nights. The first night pot was noticable but not too bad. The second night there was a loud party on our floor, followed by a very loud drunken argument that lasted from 2am-6am. The third night there was yet another party and the pot smoke was ridiculously strong - to the point where my eyes watered and the people at the front desk had to call the cops.

The good news is that the front desk staff agreed to refund my step-sister the cost of her room (she ended up needing to change rooms on the last night due to the noise and the pot reek).

Lovely extended stay option. Much cleaner, newer, and well laid out compared to Extended Stay or similar mid range business stay hotels in the area. Breakfast options minimal though so don't expect much beyond continental breakfast, hot eggs and patties (both veggie and pork so vegetarian are not left out).
