I use to have such a wonderful experience here at this hotel. But the last few times I was there I really didn't like how some staff there treated me and my family. I was given wristbands to "ensure" that my family could get into the pool when I have never had to do that before. Saw another family check in and they didn't get wristbands to the pool. I informed the front desk that there was pieces of wood under my bed and when someone went to check, they just commented about my room while I was feeding my toddlers... We know toddlers make messes, I haven't even gotten the chance to clean up after them and tired to charge me a CLEANING FEE. Only keeping this a 4-star so people can see my review... I won't be going back there. I'll rather spend a little more extra and go to The Henry down the street, or go to Holiday Inn Express in Southfield 🤷🏾‍♀️

Didn't stay the night. Used as a changing location after a long drive to a formal wedding. Employees were gracious and shuttle was great. The mystery charge after we departed that proved too difficult to get removed is why not five stars.

The breakfasts we're good, mto, but that means it's not quick and gets backed up. The room looked updated. The hotel itself seemed a bit dated, though. I had difficulty getting a consistent room temp. The thermostat on the wall wasn't operational. I notified management, and they said they'd fix it but didn't. I was able to shift the temps on the register, but they seemed to swing quite a bit with only a couple degrees of adjustment. The shower water also fluctuated a few times while taking a shower (and i don't take long showers). Hallway noise wasn't great the first night. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. Having HBO was a plus. Bed and pillows we're comfy.

My husband stayed at the Marriott on Mercury Drive for 3 weeks in October while in Dearborn for some training.  He needed an itemized receipt for a meal in the dining room that we had to call for last night.  Robin was so helpful and cheerful.  When I commented on how nice she was, he said that the entire staff was that way for his whole stay.  They are a great group of people.  He will stay there for his next training session in Dearborn.  We highly recommend this location.

Convinient location near shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
