Very rude, treat you terribly after several weeks stay. Unprofessional and attitudes at front desk and via telephone. When calling to make a formal complaint or request, all you will ever get us the fact that you're welcome to go to another hotel. Unclean and refuses to clear out trash daily are the nature of the requests/complaints attempted to be made. You pay for the room each day, but if you paid for the entire week, apparently they will only provide the housecleaning service every other day!

For 1 or 2 night stays not bad workers are somewhat helpful and friendly. Rooms are small but clean and maintained. Parking is 1 disabled and 9 regular stalls with additional stalls a 2 min walk from the rooms into the shared parking area. Its 2 stories with about 14 rooms on each floor.

Very cozy and simple. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, staff very friendly and helpful! Plus it is surrounded by many choices for meals of all kinds, and is not too far from the marina, aquarium, and beaches.

WIFI terrible, unable to complete any work after hours, Unclean, MUCH attitude and rudeness from all staff. My family and I recently relocated back from N.Y. and were needing to stay here several weeks until we found a home and so the location was ideal being that I work out in Hermosa Beach, we wanted to find a place in Pedro and needed to get the kids started in school here asap. Anyhow, the hotel's housecleaning would come by EVERYDAY at first and clean the bathroom, replace the towels and change the sheets at least twice a week. The most I'd ever ask is that they'd leave 6 towels instead of the standard 4 since there were 6 of us. Moving forward, they were doing just that for 4 weeks. Just about a week ago, I'd start getting off from work to the trash still being there, the bathroom filthy, the same towels at times and no cups where the coffee maker and coffee stuff goes (I don't care for coffee, so it made no difference if they replenished that for not)... but... I made about 2 formal complaints in all ONLY. .. one was in phone call... and the second was in person to Solomon. Then today, I called and asked for plastic cups so I could give my 6 year old some milk. I GET NOTHING BUT GRIEF FROM ANGELICA...MISS ATTITUDE AND I AM MISERABLE WITH MY MINIMUM WAGE JOB HERE! LOL ..... GOOD GRIEF..... I'VE my own shampoo, soap, bodywash, etc..... then she goes on to explain that they're only required to replenish every other day, blah blah blah....WELL GEE, CAN I PAY YOU EVERY OTHER DAY!?!? You'd believe they'd want to keep their rooms as clean as possible, dontcha' think!? To put the icing on the cake, making any type of complaint always leads to their favorite QUIP, "Well, you're welcome to stay at another hotel!!" PEOPLE..... GO ON AND STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL.....There was a cute little mouse that I unfortunately have to keep out by rolling up a towel and stuffing up under my door to keep out.

Loved the staff here ! Gabby was awesome. Room was super clean and comfy bed. Close to Ralph's grocery, Subway, Jack in Box and doughnut shop. Across from skate park. Would recommend to anyone on a budget. Spent less than $100 including tax.
