Service is spotty at best. Even during peak checkout hours. Only One person in front; who was no where near the service desk. I Was not able to eat breakfast so no idea what that was like. The Whole Place is IMMACULATELY CLEAN. NO bed bugs, ants , or anything else. There Plenty of towels and paper goods. ONLY ISSUE WITH THIS HOTEL IS THAT THERE IS A CREDIT CARD REQUIRED TO BE USED AS COLLATERAL. THIS WAS NOT MADE APPARENT WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM. 100% SUPRISE!

This is a comfortable hotel in a good location near LAX and San Pedro. A nearby mall provides many shopping and dining options. The fitness center is very small, but good for a quick workout.

Great place to stay. The reception and Bistro staff are exceptionally friendly. Bistro food is excellent. Outside area and pool was not used much when I was there but the pool water was nice and warm. Breakfast is not included in the above average price for a room which is a pity but Bistro breakfasts (and dinners) are great. No extractors in the bathroom so dont have garlic and beans at the same time.

Did not know they had a lounge there. Met a friend there to catch up on life experiences. Had lunch and a few drinks. Poe here are very attentive and friendly.

The room was spacious and had it's own balcony. It looked like all the guest rooms had balconies. The area was convenient and it was easy to find many restaurants. Will stay here again.
