I'm really impressed with the staff here. They are very helpful and respectful. Good vibes and attitude. Very attentive to our needs and concerns . We had to move rooms because because my Aunt and I needed more space and they helped us with no problem. 😍 Cleaning crew is also very helpful and respectful. 👐

We checked in and started walking to the elevator which is behind a door that requires a code. Before we even got to the door we were overwhelmed by a disgusting smell that I can only describe as rotten crotch. We opened the door to make it to the elevator and the smell only got worse. Up the elevator to the 4th floor and into the hall, still smelly. Got to our room where it smelled strongly of bleach. You know the type of smell where it’s clear they are trying to cover something up. There was a new chair in the room but no amount of new furniture can erase the stickiness of the floor. Dropped our bag off and headed out to attend a birthday party we were visiting for. Walked out into the hall and that smell hit us like a brick in the face. My husband then described it as rotten seafood. After going to the party we decided that we just couldn’t stay here. We grabbed our stuff and immediately checked out and drove the 3 hours back home. We’ve stayed at some sketchy places through out the years. Some cheaper than this place. My husband has also done a lot of traveling and has stayed in cheap places around the world. This was the line. You should never walk into a hall of a hotel or into your room and instantly feel dirty. We should’ve known when the lady at the front desk took a copy of our licenses and my credit card. When we asked why, she said if there is a dispute on the charge then there’s proof that it was us that used it. She said they get a lot of disputes. I can only imagine it’s people that have stayed or planned to stay and then left and disputed the charge because of the state of the place. When we checked out the gentleman was very nice and apologetic so at least they have that going for them.

The place is about what you'd expect for a hotel of this price range. It's really not a terrible place to stay, proximity to the freeway, size of the room, proximity to restaurants were all good. What holds me back for giving it 5 stars relative to it's price is the parking, room odor and broken ice machine. The parking, while free, was tough finding spots and really cramped. The room, while non-smoking, had been smoked in for decades before being washed and painted over. Definitely gave my family allergies until we opened the window to air it out. All that said, I would probably stay here again. You have to take into account the price of the room and the fact that it's Seattle.

Convenient free parking with a key pad locked door to access the elevator. Helps if forget your room key so you don't have to leave your items outside. The beds were nice memory foam beds which we needed after staying in the previous hotel. Staff were friendly and were able to meet all of our needs on demand. No hot tub or pool so that's kinda tough, but we weren't looking for one so it worked out.

Parking was plenty, pass-code doors made me feel uneasy and the stuffy hallways where lacking oxygen hahahahaha. Upon entering my room I got a real strong cigarette smell which I immediately reported because they will charge you for it. My room was spacious but floor was dirty. Beds are hard. On a brighter note, the employees where nice. You get what you pay for.
