I didn't have any issue with bed bugs or the like. I've stayed here a week and had a second work truck for a couple of days while I changed over from one truck to another. I had a couple of mechanical issues I had fixed at the shop but I had the truck at the motel a couple nights. No one said anything until I had only one truck. The manager came to my room and knocked on the door and accused me of having extra people staying with me. In one bed? Right. I explained to her in a lengthy conversation that It was taken care of. The next day I paid for a second week and she started in again about the extra truck. I told her we had this conversation already and it's taken care of. She just couldn't let it go. I ended up telling them I'll be staying somewhere else after this week is over. They do not understand the concept of customer service. They get very rude very quick. I've been on the road for over two years working and I hate to move to a new place if I don't have too. This place gets a bit strange quickly. For a single night and if you don't have to deal with management it's not a bad place.

This is, by far, the worst place(customer service) that Ive ever come across! We stopped by a friends room to check w/ him about a job that we all would be doing together in the morning. He had just checked in for one night & was moving into his new home the next day. Two other friends of ours had just given him a ride there from work, so we all went to his room to discuss plans for next day. After about 10 mins, the mgr knocked on the door (which my boyfriend answered)and proceded to tell our friend that he could only "sleep" in the room and was NOT allowed to have ANY visitors at all! She even went so far as to not allow my boyfriend back into the room to grab me and some snacks that we had brought and she stood & waited until we all were in our cars and driving away! RIDICULOUS!!!! What kind of place are they running? It cost our friend $75.00 & place is rundown & on the questionable side of cleanliness., also, employee(mgr/owner??) is very rude and disrespectful of tenants' privacy and comfort. My friend asked her if he could just check out and get a refund, but she would not negotiate anything! This place should not be in business of "Hospitality", because I doubt they even know the meaning of the word!!! I only give it a star at all because I couldnt give this review w/out one!

Well as it goes, an affordable room, living, bed, bath and kitchen. The fridge is broken with no hope of replacement. The front desk woman made clear that "NO GUESTS" are allowed which upon arrival I learned why. Two separate occasions in my way to find my room I was approached with questions relating to drugs...ut-oh. The faucets (in tub and both bath and kitchen sinks) were difficult to find the "HOT" water. With the fridge broken I attempted to retrieve ice. Again, the front desk woman gave me a scoop which had dust on it to scoop the ice out, when I saw the dust I attempted to just use my large gas station glass. Boy oh boy, I got yelled at so loud her husband (I assume) had to come and investigate the commotion. I'm on day three and I paid a week... holy batman....

Terrible customer service. Owner was rude. Claimed they don't take reservations but tired to kick us out of our room for a reservation. Also tried to charge a fee for our baby. No soap, shampoo or conditioner. Yelled at us for a dirty towel (duh, no soap!) Room was nice enough for the price but the service ruined our stay.
