My boyfriend and I stayed at this motel while on our way up to Whistler. We had come in late with our two service dogs. Although they are listed as a pet friendly facility I received grief for having them not only checking in that night, but on our check out as well. The man who checked me in told me "if they barked I would be charged." 
The next day upon check out Asmeret, the guest service manager at the time, confirmed (twice) that I had dogs in the room. She proceeded to claim that the room had a stench of marijuana (neither of us use marijuana) and refused to return my $100 cash deposit. After going to write a review I noticed that many others have claimed to have their deposits wrongfully kept. Seems like their way of making a quick buck. (BTW the room smelled like an old motel room... Not like a skunk.)

Avoid this place at all costs!

Great place Asmeret is a great front desk mgr. Room was good breakfast bar ok.

Clean amd comfortable but staff is not friendly. Quoted me different amounts for my room. Also, woke me up the morning after my first night to go to desk again instead of totalling my account and adding to the card I gave them.

Worst front desk person ever her name is Asmeret kebede. She is rude unknowledgable and ignores every person that come through the front door

A total dump, now I know why they charge a large deposit. Sprinkler hanging out of ceiling, trash full, stains on all surfaces. Not secure at all, druggies all around at all hours,yes it's a hotel
