Rooms are better than you would expect. Parking lot feels sketchy. Lots of smells in the hallways. They write down you credit card in a note pad they use for reservations. I asked if I could have my info ripped out of the note book, but they offered to scribble out my credit card info instead...Dick's drive in is close tho.

Only one concierge clerk. And he seemed very ill-prepared to accept guests. Need more staff to accommodate intake

The guy that runs the front desk he's totally cool just don't get on his bad side and always be informative of what you're doing there and you can do pretty much whatever you want

Cheap is cheap for a reason. Building materials in the hallways, maybe a very slight musty odor in hallways, but SUPER nice staff!

This Hotel is actually 1 of the greatest hotels that I have stayed in WA State. They are remarkable. Throughout my stays here at America's Best, I've had a chance to meet all the staff, including the housekeepers and I just want to say that they are Helpful, Understanding, Nice, and all of the above. The Manager there his name is Jeff, He is the type of person that buisness owners should make Manager. I book rooms online alot of the time bc a lot of the times it ends up cheaper and Jeff has matched my price if I stay another night. The maids keep the rooms clean. All the front desk people greet accordingly and make sure to watch the property around, make sure their customers belongings and car etc. Stay safe. And if there are ever any complaints or issues they take care of if right away., Overall I would just like it to be known that I give this Loction of America's best Value a 10 star rating if I could bc they really are that good.
