Amerigo is a locally owned Italian Restaurant offering Lunch, Brunch and Dinner. Come see why we have been a local favorite for over a decade!

Story

Authentic Italian pastas, hand-made pizzas, fresh seafood and wood-fired steaks offer something for everyone at Amerigo. And if your tastes veer towards wine, you'll find everything from affordable, every day wines to single vineyard varietals from Piedmont to Sicily.

Reservations are accepted for groups of 4 or less through OpenTable, and via phone for groups of 5+ people. Private dining rooms are also available for hosting meetings and celebrations.

If you prefer to host your event at your venue, we'll deliver! Amerigo offers delivery and full-service catering options for groups of any size.

We returned here just days after our first visit. The food was so delicious! (I gad shrimp scampi over pasta) Our server was prompt and friendly. The manager was attentive. We'll definitely be back and will bring our visiting relatives.

It was a decent restaurant. We did have to ask for bread, and the waitress was a little annoyed at us asking for the specific herbs in the dipping sauce. Also, the lights were way too dim - it was a little difficult to see the menu. Plus, the fans were on (despite it being the middle of winter), so I was kind of cold throughout my meal Food was good though! Overall, I had a decent experience, but nothing out of the ordinary for an Italian restaurant. Pretty average.

Love the atmosphere, food is always good. It's my husband's favorite resturant. We celebrate all occasions there. One thing I wish was more accommodating since I am in a wheelchair is the access to the ladies room.

Good conversation, great food and service: I happened to make my way this old haunt of mine and some past co-workers. It is a great place to break bread, listen to music and enjoy a good game at the bar. If you are not inclined to eat at the bar then there is always the ample seating in the dining room. A key thing to keep in mind, this is quite a popular place so if you want to get seating for you and your party, be sure to call ahead and check on availability or just stop in for a bite at the bar instead. This isn't the typical bar setting, is a quiet and welcoming environment but you still have that feel for enjoying the sports event - whatever your choice on the overhead TVs. The menu mid-range to high, depending on what you are looking for but it is worth it in the end. My server was very nice and we had a nice conversation about his status, you see, he isn't just a server/bartender he is a small business owner with a partner and they service the food service industry. He has been working at his business a little over two-years, this is his full-time commitment while it is his partner's secondary but, that doesn't take away from his commitment to making the business succeed. The provide service and equipment for the restaurant industry and have a catchy name for the business - Kitchen Guys. If you are in there, say hello to JR, and you have to try the pecan butter crunch cake...it is drizzled with a delicious butter scotch sauce, the pecans are ample and the cake has a soft moist center that just melts in your mouth. I tried it after having their jumbo crab cakes dressed with a bed of spinach and corn chutney with a blend of what I think are white beans. mmm, mmm, good!

Now I ordered a pasta that I get ALL THE TIME with extra veggies and goat cheese. Well today I got my dish and they had put almost half a pound of goat cheese so I started trying to remove as much as I could and the dish was still completely white. So, I told the server I can’t eat this it has too much goat cheese, he looked pissed and just walked away with my dish. So, he of course goes to management, which I didn’t ask for, I actually didn’t ask the server to do anything. (Before anything could be done he left the table) So, management comes over and tells me what I did and that I made the modifications and there is nothing he can do. I thought to myself, I didn’t ask you to do anything, so I told him that I can afford to pay for my food. Then he says well I can add more pasta. They should have asked me what I wanted to do before assuming that I wanted my money back, I know I asked for extra goat cheese and had the server offered to add more pasta or do anything before he left the table, he wouldn’t have had to get management. But maybe because I am black/African American/Non-White they assumed I needed my check adjusted. Well, sorry that wasn’t the case and I never complained. But I felt that the way they handled it wasn’t customer service friendly and I will NEVER go back or NEVER suggest the restaurant again. Owe and I paid my FULL bill with nothing in return.
