The worse customer service ever!!!! How is it that you're getting payed to be curtious and greed customers however you don't! That's the employees at the amscot on west Oakland park. They look at you like you're some weird thing from out of space?! And on top of that the lady taking care of me rolled her eyes while I was asking a question. They say if you don't want to work than don't do so is just sad how companies give money away to incompetent people that don't want to work and abide by the rules of "great customer service"

No focus on individual customer in order they take 5 people at a time and forget the order while they take others that came in after you did. I understand multi tasking but at least communicate you are helping some else before me for whatever reason.

I was dealing with one agent I will discuss in me getting a Ray's the slap me a paper telling me insufficient funds I have no idea what that mean cuz I'm a driver I make money or break money the other girl came and she put her $0.02 and then when I don't tell her nobody was speaking to her she came in the middle of a situation and she don't know what I'm talking about then the manager came I said I'm the manager of this paper and because you don't have no money she don't know what I have in my bank account she only going by what the paper said on top of the screen the reason why I said that because I'm a Lyft driver I keep trying to tell them I don't have A9 to 5 job my nine-to-five job is being a driver I get paid for driving there don't have no kind of understanding what I'm talking about and giving me attitude I will not go back to that store again I love my store in pines and university there are so sweet with me I regret ever going to the store Oakland Park and 55th
