I have been to this location less than a handful of times yet my experience has not gotten any better with each visit. Their customer service is sub-par. The tellers interrogate you as if you're on trial and the manager wasn't very pleasant either. My last visit there was just a few days ago and the manager instructed me to wait for a banker and take a seat. At no point did he look at me, just pointed to a chair. I decided not to stay and went to another location instead with much better regard for their customers.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I waited on a banker for over 30 minutes. I then noticed that people who came after me was going before me. So i asked the rep what happened. He said he called my name. I am sitting right across from him. I said sir you didnt call my name. Then he said oh well you are gonna have to wait the an attitude. So i walked out. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
