In short, please DO NOT go to this branch unless you are desperate. Incompetent, irresponsible, and disrespectful people working there including the manager himself. The tellers there mixed up my payment with someone else's in the counting machine then turns around to me and tells me my money is short not the other customer's money. But I knew my money wasn't short because it was counted several times and I withdrew it from my other bank ($4000) to pay my chase credit card bill. Anyway, it was complicated and it was a huge mistake by the tellers and at the end they refused and blamed it on me. So I talked to the manager next day, he says "my tellers working here for nearly 20 years they can't do such mistake." Pretty much, I was helpless. Not for a single time the manager offered me some time to investigate this matter during our 20 minute conversation. So I told the manager before I left that I didn't come solely to recover the little sum of money I lost, I came to bring up the injustice that happened to me and I don't want it to happen to someone who can't possibly afford to loose money like that. As I walked out through the door, I felt betrayed, I felt alone, I felt helplessness, but most importantly, I felt insulted as I failed to convince anybody in the entire branch to believe in me.

Been a 5-yr business customer of Chase. Last week we got hit by check fraud. Anthony McMahan, you stole $2,050 from us and we're coming for you. Turns out he tried cashing the fake check at the Skylake branch who did their job and called us for authorization before cashing the check. Chase's system tells them when there is a duplicate check number. Well Teller #9 at Lauderdale Lakes is the idiot who actually cashed the check. But get this. A supervisor must override their system when the duplicate number comes up. So, either the bank manager is in on the scam or is an idiot too. And now it's going to take us 6 weeks to get our money back!

DO Not bank here rude customer service slow teller. worst experience i ever had with a bank and the fat guy carlos is a rude disrespectful pig go here if you don't want to be treated like a customer
