First, let me start by saying that is my very first time leaving a negative review online.
Second, I agree with everyone who stated that branch is slow. I couldn't agree more.
Third, on 06.30.2017, at about 3:00 PM EST, I went there due to an issue I had with my statement. I made a purchase online, the money was deducted, but it was not listed in my transactions. The kind lady, Gladys Gagne, truly deserves a 5 star review as she did her best to help me. Unfortunately, her "manager" was pressuring her to let me go. I, literally, overheard the "manager" say: "if he has issue with his transactions, tell him to look at his statement." She then pulled Mrs Gagne on the side. Her body language clearly showed that she was unhappy. Mrs Gagne got back to me, tried to remain professional, but I could see that she was uncomfortable. She was still trying to figure out what had happened with the transaction issue. Then, out of nowhere, this guy whose nametag shows "Philip" came from behind me to ask how he could help. Without even letting me explain, he then maid some assumptions in the hope to make me get out of the seat because there were people waiting to be served.
Anyways, not to continue with my complaint, let me just say that I was very disappointed.

They are sooooooo slow at this branch! The bankers have absolutely NO SENSE OF URGENCY AT ALL. They're slow doing business, and they walk around dragging they're feet. It's ridiculous. I would give negative stars if i could.

Stay away this bank is managed like a 99 cent store. Never have money for withdrawls, atm never works. And always one teller at its busiest times. Goto another branch because this one is very very bad! Update: 3/24/17 Still one teller but Natasha Inside was great. If she is there more often I will change my review.

The tellers at this bank are very friendly but SLOW!  I try to avoid this location at all costs but it is conveniently close to work but they take forever to make a deposit.  20 minutes for two cash deposits. I was the only drive through customer.   Of course I was late for work.  Unbelievable.
