We listed and sold our rental townhome with Amy Jones Group and worked closely with Mindy Jones from start to finish. Her level of knowledge regarding the real estate market, when to list the property, very helpful tips for staging to add warmth and comfort to a vacant unit, referrals for any type of service we needed to prepare the unit for sale, advice and moral support during a huge rain storm in which the unit started taking on water the night before closing! And excellent representation in communicating with the buyer and all other entities involved in the process. With Mindy's help, we sold our unit on the first day it listed. Her amazing network of potential buyers and local resources made it easy for us as sellers. Mindy makes herself available at all hours of the day, responds to clients with large and small questions quickly and with precision, warmth and grace. We love her and would absolutely recommend her and the Amy Jones Group to anyone in need of assistance. She is based in the East Valley but helped us with our unit in Central Phoenix just the same. It is clear the Amy Jones Group is committed to having happy clients and being an innovative leader in the real estate market.

Jennifer stepped in during a 7 month search for the house that was absolutely right for us.  She brought herself up to speed quickly and was the true professional we desired in an agent.  She was very respectful of our desire to wait during the holidays, but never lost touch with us.  Being novice home buyers, Jennifer led us through the paperwork when we finally found our home.  She was readily available for questions, and showed extreme patience in explaining the steps along the way.  Jennifer was confident in knowing what we needed and stepped up to accommodate us at every turn.  We are so grateful for her help, friendship, and professionalism.

Jennifer Johnson is the best realtor we've ever worked with! When we first moved to Arizona we wanted to rent a house to allow ourselves time to get familiar with the area, and she helped us find a great rental. She always kept in touch and any time a house came on the market that she thought I'd be interested in she'd let me know. As it got close to the end of our lease she was in constant contact with us as she was determined to help us find the perfect house to buy. We looked at dozens of houses together and she was always so patient and supportive when I'd say it isn't the one. When we finally found the right house she was there every step of the way to ensure that we got a good deal. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and if you're looking for an agent I'd highly recommend her.

We would like to wholeheartedly thank our real estate agent Jennifer Johnson for helping/assisting us to find our dream home here in Chandler, Arizona. Being a first time home buyer, we had a very limited knowledge on the US real estate market. Jennifer helped us to better understand the market and things to look/ask for when we buy a home. she had always encouraged us to visit more homes before we choose one.  most importantly, she never rushed us to write an offer or close the deal. she always ensured that we really like the home in all aspects before we proceed with further steps. She was constantly sharing updated lists to help us find the best home which suits  all our requirements. I think, we took more time than usual (close to 3 months) to find our dream home. She had enough patience to show us lot of homes till then!. When we had to write an offer (in fact, we had to do it for few times before it got clicked for us), she shared all the information and ensured that we understand all the facts. When we went into a contract, we were kind of choosing not to do home inspection process as it was done recently by another buyer for the same home (but their finance fell through) as we were more inclined to use previous inspect report itself. But, Jennifer very strongly recommended us to do a new inspection to ensure we have no trouble with the home. In fact, our inspector found few additional issues which were concerning and got it fixed by the previous owners before we closed the deal.  

She was with us from day one and till the day we signed our tittle deed. As in all, we felt very confident and safe in her hands while shopping for our first home!. 

We would highly recommend Jennifer Johnson and Amy Jones Group for anyone looking to buy a property here in Chandler,AZ.

We needed to sale our home a lot sooner than we initially thought. I researched the top realtors in Chandler and their online reviews. I felt like the Amy Jones Group would probably be my best option, which clearly was a GREAT decision. After calling the Amy Jones Group and giving a little information, I was later contacted by Kim Leighton and gave her the rest of the information needed. That was on a Wednesday. On Thursday Kim came by a looked at the house and thoroughly discussed her strategy and how she could help. I felt VERY confident in her professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Luckily there were no major repairs needed, so Kim had the photographer come the following Monday, my house went online on Thursday, and we accepted an offer on Saturday...... The pictures looked great. There were only five showings and it sold in 3 days. I could not be more satisfied with The Amy Jones Group and especially, Kim Leighton. Great communication throughout the entire process.Truly professional, exceptional results. I HIGHLY recommend if you are going to sell your home.
