I had a bad experience with them, signed up with them in November of 2016. I was told my credit wasn't good enough but they began to work with me on getting that score up. I was originally told I would qualify for a grant program to find out months later i didn't and they refused to tell me passing the buck onto the mortgage lender and then back to the realtor. Then as time went on my credit score didn't go up to 630 like they wanted. Said I couldn't get a loan at all no matter what if my score was under 630. It was heart breaking to have to see homes I qualified for and wanted pass me by because of this. I was doing everything in my power to make sure I was bringing my credit up but it stay at 620. I finally contacted another company, "LUND REALTY" and they were fabulous! I qualified and my credit score didn't have to be 630 just above 580. And if it was over 620 i would qualify for financial assistance! And i did. i got a wonderful home within a month with this company and they were not in it for the money. I was so happy I changed and didn't go with this company. I'd still be waiting on being approved! Do not go with them. I recommend humble realty companies like the one I went to. you won't regret it.

BEWARE. Earl from Revelation Real Estate called me to try to list a home that I haven't owned for a year. Their information is ridiculously out of date and they are junk calling solicitors. I have never reached out to them or even heard of them until the junk call. They are obviously desperate for clients and have no idea how to simply look up the owner information for real estate in 3 seconds on the county assessors public website. Is this the level of professionalism you'd want representing you in a real estate transaction? Pathetic

They don't deserve even a star. I have very bad experienced with them. They are money hunger. Specially if you are tenant looking for rent a house, please be careful with them. Thank you.

By far the worst property rental company I have ever worked with.  I have lived in a rental property they manage for 6 years now.  Every year they make it more difficult to pay the rent.  None of the office staff return phone calls.  Pretty much all communication is by email in which it takes 24 to 48 hours to get any response.  After we move from this property we plan on purxhasing a home and I can guarantee I will never do business with this company again.
