As a first time home seller, this is not at all what I was hoping for.  My house has sat on the market for 131 days, when the average in Gilbert is currently 36 days.  It is currently listed more than $25,000 under the price that our neighbor's house sold for with the same floor plan in under a week.  I was advised the house would sell faster if I moved into a rental, so I have been paying rent and a mortgage for 4 months now.  When I approached the broker, Lori Carroll, 3 months in to try to get the house sold, she offered suggestions of price reduction, professional photos and improved wording.  We are now 5 months in, and nothing came of that suggestion.  Now I am trying to get out of the 6 month contract, and they are refusing.  I am stuck in a contract with someone who is incapable of selling my house and has very poor customer service.  Simply put, this is a nightmare and I would never recommend anyone work with this office.

This is going to be our real estate agency and agent. My husband and I are so excited to work with Mary. She's great and is helping us along with something new in our lives that we know nothing about. Can't wait to sign those papers and get those keys.
