As an investor-buyer, my intention was to work with only listing agents directly. But after meeting with dozens of other agents and companies, I met Jason at a property listed by MT Real Estate. He listened to what I wanted and provided valuable feedback - making it obvious he was working for me and really understood my needs. I decided to continue working with MT for my purchase and I’m very glad that I did.  The culture of MT Real Estate seems to truly focus on the customer, not the commission. Jason understood how to read neighborhood conditions & trends and provided a lot of guidance/insight.  Throughout the entire process, he was there for me and made sure everything went smoothly. I intend to use MT Real Estate in the future and highly recommend them to others.

MT Real Estate of Arizona is full of trustworthy, determined realtors. The MTREAZ team is truthful, easy going, and all about you! If I could rate six stars, I would; their customer service is through the roof! Plus they're selfless as ever by taking such small commission! Thanks MTREAZ.

I had a great experience using MT Real Estate.  They advertise as having lower rates than other realtors and it was not until I met with the title company and the lady said "Wow, how did you get them to go so low?"  that it actually hit me that their low fees and commissions were not simply a marketing ploy.   

Lower commissions with awesome service.  They listened to my input and provided their professional advice and helped me sell my home much quicker than other homes listed in my former neighborhood.

Finding the right home was a difficult process for me.  However,  MT real estate provided the resources I needed to make the home buying process simpler.  From neighborhood information to tools to estimate your mortgage payments, MT Real Estate provided much help throughout the home buying process.
