OLD NATIONAL BANK SUCKS. ON deserves one star. If they were still Anchor, this would be a five star review. The staff at this location is excellent, but you can’t even call the branch directly anymore. I have spent the last 24hrs+ trying to get my card activated. They have only been able to tell me to try and reset a pin, and keep me on hold for egregious amounts of time. So here I sit in a gas station parking lot with a near empty gas tank, waiting to be able to spend my money that is sitting there doing nothing. UPDATE: as I type, my representative finally came back. He told me his supervisor could call me on Monday!! This is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Terrible merger.

they buy out a well oiled machine and they don't even answer their phones? I'm trying to set up ACH for my company and it's now almost 2 pm. I'm going to have to call my guys and tell them I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do?? I'm honestly speechless. to see such disorganization, lack of concern, it's a joke. we went with anchor because they were a smaller bank who could give our company the attention it needs. and in one day they've screwed me completely.

I've had to get more debit cards replaced because of "fraud" than necessary. You find out that it's been flagged while being in line at a store. Not at all embarrassing. Of course you have to wait now for 7-10 days to get your new card. This time, it'll be 30 days tomorrow since I've been able to use a debit card. Considering every company wants you to pay online now days, this is beyond unacceptable. I asked them to rush another one last week. They said they'll check into it. They didn't, nor did they let me know. The teller told me today that they didn't and it'd be a $50 charge to me. Terrible customer service

I've been with this bank for 40 years, and you have totally gone downhill. Now you can't even talk to anyone on the phone. So disappointed.
