I have loved WF for a long time, mainly because of the capability they give by never really having to go to a branch. I recently got married and absolutely had to go to branch to file the name change. I just want to compliment on the girl who helped me, Bai Xiong. She was beyond accommodating and professional. I honestly will only go to her now when I have to go into a branch. She made me feel so comfortable even asking to see my wedding pics. Made me feel like much more than just a customer. I truly felt valued. I hope management acknowledges her value as she is a superb representation of your company. Reps like Bai are the reason people become long time customers.

I was fortunate at my first visit here- weeks back-after I moved to the area. That luck has run out. TODAY......a Saturday morning.....opening time.....I was fourth in line. There were two tellers- but one was untrained and needed help constantly. A supervisor told me "several tellers had called in so what could I do" (GOLDEN RULE of customer service: NEVER reveal internal staffing issues to customers- it is NOT their problem. ) I told him to schedule ten tellers and if 50% call in then he would have had 60% more coverage then he had this morning. So -4th in line- I get up to the teller after 25 minutes. Affy-who told me she was the service manager was unhelpful. When I told her I get much better teller service at the other surrounding WF locations she actually said to me "why don't you go there?". Pathetic. It was also over 90 degrees inside and a pregnant woman was in line. I told Affy that I feared that the woman would give birth before she got to one of the TWO tellers. My previous visit was even more troubling...a gentleman by the name of Ighama Ojo refused to help me get a marriage license APPLICATION notarized because he said I already signed it. So I asked him to print another one from a website- he refused. This literally delayed our marriage. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Unless you just need the ATM. Because THAT works!

I was helped by a young man named Courtney! His customer service skills are outstanding!! This young gentleman served my simple needs with joy and a big smile! He asked me how I was and showed a personal interest in my day! Definitely banking here for a long time!!
