I've been a customer for over 6 years at this location. Not really impressed. Kate M. and Javier are friendly and helpful. However, I rarely get get my change back when withdrawing money from my account. Ex. I withdraw $123.45 I will get my $123.00 but not my .45. Very hard to get loans from this place and I have decent if not good credit. And US Bank is not a domestic nor an international bank, didn't have any in FL.

Cashing a check here has got to be the most inconvenient task ever! They didnt cash a check when my ID was expired and i had stamped yellow papers. And they wouldnt cash a check i signed over to a friend. The check was properly signed over doing a pay to tbe order of. I had to leave my job and be present for the transaction. I wont ever go back to this location. Just terrible all the way around.
