The dealer has quite a selection. However they will say anything to get the sale, and when you hold them to their words they backpedal very easily. They pressure you into making a decision before you leave the store otherwise the price or terms will change if you don't make a decision right then and there. Wouldn't expect this kind of business etiquette from an actual licensed Ford dealership, maybe a used car lot. Would highly recommend driving to Lincoln or Omaha over stopping here.

We bought our used 2014 Kia Optima with relative ease, from Gary and Tony working the details out, to the very pleasant young lady in the finance department! The owner himself even stopped by to introduce himself and thanked us for our business. We are very satisfied with our purchase, and highly recommend Anderson Ford.

Carlos was very helpful. He answered all our question himself or got the answers for us. He was respectful of what we wanted and shared information we needed to help make our decision. He stayed with us through the whole leasing process and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you Carlos!!

I wanted to say thank you. I am new to the area, and finding a car dealership that you trust can be a difficult task. I found a great one at Anderson. Through my car buying experience, Greg has excelled, gone above and beyond with customer service, knowledge of information of vehicles, ability to patiently throughly explain any questions I have had, contacted myself expediently, and with kindness. Heather in the finance department was exceptional as well. I absolutely LOVE my new car and would highly recommend Anderson Ford, Lincoln of Grand Island to anyone!! You guys are awesome!!
