I bought my very first car from Midway, which was an extremely long process as I haven't had much history to work with. A lot of sympathy goes to those who made it possible for me; Austin and Casen were patient enough to work with me and figure things out so that I was able to own! I rate Midway 10/10 for honest, devoted, and determined employees! I won't go anywhere else!

My wife and I had a great first experience at Midway. Our saleman was not pushy and really worked hard to help us find what we were looking for. The only thing we didn't like was the auto care package that was suppose to help with water spots ( now I think you see more water spots). Also they pushed extended warranty package on us every different way till we said yes. So as we found the vehicle we liked there was couple small things wrong, but they said they would fix it (also this was a certified pre-own with bumper to bumper for 6 months). So we signed the paper work and were told it would be done in a couple of days (only took them a week). As we had it for a couple of days found something else wrong, told them what it was going to take to fix it so they could order the part. We set up a time to take it to them and was told it would just take a few min. Once we go there we find out they ordered the wrong part and it took them over a week to get the part and fix it before we got it back. As we finally got it back for only a couple of days the first problem came back up again. They had it for almost 2 weeks this time. Got it back and still the same problem. So we asked if we could trade it off, due to the growing lost of problems. They said of course and would work with us bc they understood. So we went up to look at vehicles and asked how much we were going to lose out on it (thinking maybe a couple hundred dollars) they told us around $3700. We were kinda in shock considering we only put 1500 miles on it and half those were going back and forth to get worked on. The only good reason we got for why it was so much, was bc we had some work done (which is under their bumper to bumper warranty they offer). As you can tell we didn't exchange for a different vehicle and left. As we walked away we were told that they will talk with someone and get back to us. It now has been a week and NO word. I feel like they will do whatever than can to make a sale and not follow through with there words. I am very disappointed and will not be returning in the future.

My initial review was rather poor due to my initial experience being rather poor... however, the dealership did step up and offered to take a look at the vehicle I had just purchased. All necessary repairs were made by the service team at no additional cost to myself, and I was even offered a courtesy vehicle to drive in the interim. They even dropped my vehicle back off at my house and returned the courtesy vehicle when repairs were finished. Jason in sales and Chris in service were the saving points of this dealership and I am very appreciative of them both. Thank you for turning this around. If this level of service and care had been employed when my issues had first been reported, I would have happily given this dealership a 5 star rating.

Very pleased with the service at Midway especially from Jeremiah. I called every auto place in town and he was the only one that took that time to have a conversation longer then 2 minutes over the phone. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. If your looking for a car talk to Jeremiah!
