My husband took his 2017 Silverado in for an oil change & tire rotation in late December. After 3 hours of driving, he noticed a shake in the front. He was driving in a 6 lane highway in heavy traffic. The shake became noticeably worse, but he was able to make it to the shoulder of the road. Upon his arrival at another Chevy dealer repair shop, it was found that his front passenger tire was extremely loose and at risk of busting off. The shop did an inspection for damage, and luckily found nothing major. They were, however, adamant that he was aware that this could have been very serious. It could have caused an accident, significant damage to the brand new truck, it could have killed him or solmeone else. The shop communicated to Dinsdales that the problem was from the lug nuts on the tire not being tightened effectively. At that time, Dinsdales agreed it was their error and agreed to pay for the charges for the inspection. Although it was a terrifying experience, we were satisfied with this. However, fast forward a month and Dinsdales contacts my husband wanting HIM to pay for those charges. Seeing as how he could have been killed because of their error, and that they were apparently going back on their word to take responsibility, he argued for over an hour about whose responsibility the bill was. Finally they did the right thing, honored their original agreement and agreed to pay the charges. So, moral of the story, if you want Dinsdales to do the right thing, be prepared to fight. Also, have another shop double check your wheels if you get your tires rotated there. In the end, we are thankful my husband, nor anyone else, was hurt. Lesson learned.

I bought my first car through Dinsdale's and was treated with a wonderful professionalism and kindness, special attention to details and felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Ty was amazing and I really felt he gave me the best service, advice and presented the warranty information in a way that I could understand and I really appreciated that. I was very happy with my experience and love my new car! Other staff members congratulated me as well as they could tell buying this car was a big deal to me. It truly meant the world to me to be treated like family and there is no other place I'd have received such warmth from a staff that extends Tom's idea of 'Community Driven Service'.

Today I went to the body shop and I spoke to "DAVE" more like he was yelling at me. My car got hit by a deer awhile back ago and I took it to their body shop. Supposedly they warranty their job but I guess not my car it's not working, the front bumper fell off. and now they want me to proof if anything it's wrong with my car it has to be related to the accident. When they "fixed it" they told me everything was good nothing bad showed on the computer, before accident my car wasn't turning off at of nowhere and now it's doing it. Took it back 2 weeks ago and they said same thing nothing wrong with it. So I'm taking my vehicle to another place to get a second opinion, but I think there was no need for him to raised his voice. ( I had to raise my voice when I was talking to dave, because he wouldn't let me talk and on top of that he was yelling at me)

They were fast and efficient. I really appreciate them cleaning the outside as well as the inside. Had plenty of beverages and snacks for waiting. Great customer service. Best experience. Thank you!

I was on a trip from Michigan to see my brother who lives in Wyoming when my check engine light came on. Tom Dinsdale was the closest dealership so we called them and explained we were on a trip and far from home, they got us right in and serviced our Impala. I was very impressed with there waiting area and accomadations for my elderly parents and my sister and I. There kindness and generosity was just what we needed far away from our home. I would recommend this dealership any day, thank you Tom Dinsdale Automotive.
