Got the vehicle we were after, but that’s about it. We felt misled about some financial details on the deal. Salesman stated there are features on our vehicle that the manufacturer doesn’t even offer as an option. They offered some accessories as compensation for the financial issues but never called when they said they would to set up an appointment to install and didn’t respond to email inquiries. The only good thing we’ve found so far about this dealership is the vehicles they offer, but those same vehicles are available elsewhere. Would say 0/5 if possible. Definitely do not recommend Midway. They are aware of our frustrations and so far have done nothing to work with us. Terrible service after the sale.

They're alright, as long as you don't have any vehicle issues after you buy from them, in my case anyways. I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon. We started having rear seat belt issues almost a year after purchase. They fixed it under warranty but weren't happy about. Had the same issue 2 weeks after getting fixed. No problems since. I was made to feel like I was lying and taking advantage of them. I had to call corporate headquarters to get my issue resolved. Also, if you don't give them 10s on their surveys they aren't happy with you. They are more concerned about getting a perfect score. Would I buy from them again? Probably, but won't use their service/parts department. Sales staff is great. May have been a fluke, but left a sour taste in my mouth.
