They were pretty efficient on the time to fix the recalls. My only issue that I had. When I set my appointment up, it was with the understanding that your company had shuttle service. Then when I showed up, the person running the service department informed me that, you guys don't run the shuttle bus on the weekends, because there's no one working to run the shuttle bus. When I said ok,  I'll see you Saturday!
I want to say a special "THANKS" to the lady that drives the Jeep Compass! For letting me in and giving me a ride home.

Great service and no high pressure sales to fix other things like I've had with other dealers. Greg Young is my new "go to dealership" for service and sales - when the time comes. Thanks for the great service!!

Great experience buying my 2015 Subaru Legacy. We were our sales person Joseph Dye’s very first buyers. Everyone was very helpful. Hope to do business with them again.

We had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 on a Friday, we showed up and they said that we did not have one.  "We must have scheduled it with the Omaha office".  They told us to come back in an hour.  We went to eat since we were from out of town, came back 40 minutes later and they said that they would get right to it.  They said in the background that they were late for our appointment and better get on it.  An hour later the vehicle had not moved so we asked for our keys and left upset.  Left work early and drove for over an hour for this.  Would not recommend this service company for your new Jeep!!!
