This Sprint store was the best I have been to by far! Nick was my salesman and he was great. He was very courteous and quick. Definitely will be coming to this location from now on.

Only had two people working. Took about 20 minutes to get helped. Once helped they were great.

I like this sprint store more than any others we have used. The customer service is usually excellent and they will go about and beyond to help. However the hours listed on google are wrong. My husband was just turned away saying they were closed but according to their site it says open until 9pm. No hours were listed on the door since the door was broken. Aside from this we have always had exceptional service at this store.

Highest marks as they are incredibly busy yet still take the time to greet visitors and give them a quick estimate of wait time. They push thru an impressive customer volume and treat customers with respect. I had a two hour opportunity to observe, as it took a full two hours to exchange and replace my Samsung Note 7... store manager was proactive in contacting those who were impacted by the recall so Mike has restored my faith in SPRINT. It is worth driving 10 miles if you know you can trust the staff to try their best to meet your needs.
