I had such a great experience here!! Been to many vets in the past who I did not feel comfortable with, but here everyone was friendly and really cared about my cat! I recently adopted my little friend & I wanted a simple wellness exam to address some of my concerns with my cat. I did not feel pressured to purchase any services that weren’t necessary; they gave me all my options and told me I could decide what to do. My cat didn’t have any major issues, I just got the services done to help my peace of mind. I did not feel forced to spend tons of money to just check up on my cat. I loved the vet I had, she was a doll and treated my cat like you would a person! My cat is my child to me so that meant the world to me. (I had Lauren Spinelli! LOVED HER!) Definitely will be recommending to all my friends & going to take my dogs here too in the future!

My first visit & I'm still deciding if I love them or not. The girl at the desk who I think is a vet tech, was amazing. She was informative about their puppy plan & was genuinely loving all the animals  (mostly dogs came in) The vet was efficient & nice, but not warm & fuzzy. I would have preferred a vet that looked like she LOVED my puppies, or one that would st least pretend that she did. She was good, but I'm going to see a different vet (in the same bldg) next time.
**update** second trip & I love Dr.Tracy. She's attentive and caring & a good communicator. She worked well with my 2 puppies & answered all of my questions. I am super happy with her as my vet.

I can not say enough good things about the Animal Care Center Of Plainfield.  2 or 3 years ago they helped my German Shepherd, Geneva when she was having back spasms.  Yesterday we had to bring Geneva in because she was having balance issues and falling.  We were scared beyond belief.  They found it to be a Vestibular disorder.  Or like doggy vertigo.  Just a little over 24 hours and her balance is better.  She is staying at the hospital for a couple days.  We can come visit.  The staff is so friendly and you can tell everyone loves animals that works there.  They all could tell my wife and I were scared and feared our 13 year old shepherd may have had a stroke, or a tumor or something.  They were all so compassionate.  They called us every morning and every evening to give us updates.  To any family and friends that are looking for a great veterinarian group, these fine folks will always be at the top of my list.  Thank you so much for taking such good care of Geneva.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff with doctors that are willing to listen and hear your pet story. Dr’s like  Dr. Rammage and others have been extremely helpful in explaining our pets condition and diagnosis. We feel confident that the Center can help us whenever we visit there facility!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this vet. They have very reasonable prices and I've never had to wait a long time to be seen. The office is decorated very nicely and is one of the cleaner vet offices that I have been to. I've taken my dog there for his vaccinations, for ear infections twice, and most recently for seizure medicine. To talk to the doctor and pick up my first month of seizure pills for my dog was only $70! I was expecting to pay over $100 for sure.  They have awesome hours and I never have to miss a day of work to take my dog to the vet. 5 stars for sure!
