Everyone loves the vibe in that store.i hope they nevertheless remodel. I've taken my kids and now my grand kids there just for the fun of it. The owner is the most knowledgeable per person I've ever known. No matter what I've thrown out there  she knows , and she's honest , and in the end she's always right. Can't Goering , it's the right place !

They are great ppl! I love going to this store to see exotic animals. They are also very helpful in picking something for you. They are always helping somewhere.

i adore animals, especially guinea pigs! i went to Animal City last night and they had out a group of 5 albino baby guinea pigs. that wasn’t good. i have had a guinea pig (she passed away from old age), and they can get SUPER sick if they are stressed out too often. there were two little girls trying to grab each one to hold them and wouldn’t leave them alone for about 15 full minutes. the poor little babies started wheeking unhappily but the girl’s parents just watched. so did the staff! this made me very upset, both the parents and staff should have done something.

Not a bad pet store. Decent selection on products. Not a big selection on fish. Horrible parking lot but overall good store and I'll go back

Great place to visit pets in need of good homes. Love how they let you socialize with them. Cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, birds and supplies. We go very often to say hello!
