I recently rode on the new Paradise Loop course. Good intro course for folks who want to try trail mountain biking. Relatively easy with a few minor obstacles. Minor uphills in one section with roots. Ample parking spots.

Went to the place where google maps says. Nobody was at the entrance, drove around more to another entrance. Had to pay $5 for every person in the car. Then figured out that we were still at the wrong place. After driving around for 30 minutes we finally got to the right entrance. We only walk around for maybe 1 hour and I have to say given the cost it was not worth it.

Ready to explore the sport of geocaching, we arrived in a torrential downpour, but we'd driven a distance to get there and wanted to wait it out. No one was in the kiosk to take our admission fee so we drove in and explored a bit, stopped and used a restroom in a meeting facility. As the rain stopped we returned to the kiosk (by the "Adventure" entrance) and paid our fee, even though, by now, the Greenway was due to close in just over an hour. The woman staffing the entrance was a particularly joyless individual, could answer very few of our questions, and appeared equipped only to take our money. But from there it was all uphill. The couple of trails we took and the roads we drove down were wonderful. The two small lakes we drove around were beautiful. (Lots of little frogs were out due to the rain, which delighted the grandkids.) We eventually figured out how to use the geocaching apps we'd downloaded and explored until we found several caches, added our names to the logs, and our trinkets to the containers. I'm ansious to return to this Greenway to further explore what it offers.

Horrible staff. Oh and what a welcoming place! $5 per person in car. This place feels more like a gym than a park for people and kids to have fun in.
