The owner and staff are great and always very friendly! The space is well maintained and kept clean. The equipment is not out-dated and is kept up nicely! I love that I never have to wait for equipment to be available and that I can come and go at anytime of the day.

Great gym and a great staff. I've been a member since it first opened and have seen many of the same faces in there ever since. Easy access to workout anytime with a wide variety of equipment. The knowledgeable staff is accessible and will help out with any needs you have or just let you workout at your own pace.

Great gym, always open and never super busy. Unfortunately this location doesn't have much open space or a group ex room.

I am a member of Anytime fitness and I travel very frequently and worked out at Anytime fitness in several states. However, one of the trainers Gwen Tait was very rude to me. I use this center when I visiting Charlotte and took a quick call on the treadmill. Gwen was standing near me and immediately interrupted me while I was on the phone and told me I cannot use the phone on the treadmill. I ended the call and I said excuse me. She pointed to the sign about cell phone use on the treadmill and then walked away. Now, I understand that talking on the cell phone while others are around can be rude but at the time there were only 3 people in the entire gym. And I felt she could wait until I got off the phone because it was an emergency call from my job as I am a crisis manager. She walked away and I got off the treadmill to talk to her in the office. I explained to her that I am a visiting member and I was not aware of the cell phone rules and that it was rude of her to interrupt me the second she heard me take my call. She said "I do not want to hear it honey!!" I told her that was rude to treat a member that way and I will be posting a review. I am a paying customer and I do not think it is asking to much to be treated with respect and a little kindness from Anytime Fitness employees.
