It has the potential to be a great gym but it is ran by bad management. There are 3 water fountains that have been broke for over a year. The steam room has not been in working order for at least 5 years and they have no intention of fixing it. The roof leaks when it rains a lot and they have broken ceiling fans. They have all of these issues that appear will never be resolved but they still charge members an “annual improvement fee”. Where is this extra money going?

The group fitness schedule is pathetic. I agree with other reviews. Where is the gym improvement money going? I've seen a decline in this gym rather than improvement.

Extremely rude staff. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Girl "helping" me had a nasty attitude and was on her phone when I walked in, did not seem to care at all about her job and being respectful to me - a gym member. I walked out and went to other locations. I don't like being spoken to like that. I don't like giving any places a bad review even if I have a bad experience, I like to give them another chance, but the disrespect from this person/place was over the top and it needs to be addressed.

Horrible!!! The gym is ok, but they are EXTREMLY SNEAKY with their memberships. I tried to cancel my membership with them back in October. I called multiple times leaving multiple voicemails to a lady (Kimberley) to cancel my account after my year was up, they said they would cancel my account and NEVER did and I have been billed ever since and after getting calls saying they where going to send me to collections I tried AGAIN to cancel and they make it the hardest cancellation process I have EVER been through. You CAN NOT cancel over the phone, you CAN NOT cancel over via E-mail, you CAN NOT cancel in person, you CAN NOT cancel over an IPad or tablet ( I have all these devices except a CPU) You can LITERALLY only cancel over a CPU or laptop, and even then the process is a pain in the butt. I know people that have gone to court over this place and won because of their sneaky cancellation process, there are tons of other gyms in the area and NONE of them have this problem. My advice don't get ripped off take your money else where - trust me it is way worth it!

Overpriced for them never fixing anything. Steam room hasn't worked as long as ive5 been a member.(1 year)
