As a frequent business traveler who has visited many Anytime branches, this one leaves a lot to be desired.  For starters, the floor under both of their cable pulley machines has no traction. Good luck doing heavy cable exercises (pull throughs, flyes, etc) without sliding across the floor. The pulley also had the most frayed rope I've ever seen plus the hook doesn't even latch, causing the rope to just fall off.  Their leg press needs to be lubricated badly. And I'm not a fan of their choice of squat rack, personally. Thankfully there's another anytime in the area that I will try tomorrow.   Edit: the leg extension needs lubrication too. My home gym has an identical machine, and I can feel this one has way more friction despite using the same amount of weight I used at home

It was never very crowded which is nice, and the gym was well taken care of.

If you're looking for a nice, neat, clean and organized gym with a top notch staff (bonus!!) then Anytime Fitness - Saratoga Springs is your gym!! The owner Kim is SO knowledgeable and amazing at what she does! She genuinely cares about her clients and helping them in the best way that she can - and it really shows! I've had the opportunity to train and work with her 1 on 1 and they just don't come any better than her. They always keep the facility looking clean and fresh which is a must when looking for a gym. Go check it out - you won't be disappointed! :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It is a small gym but don't let that detour you, it is professional, clean, has nice equipment and all the equipment you need to get your work out complete! I love to come here and get my work out done and not be bugged or feel like I'm being watched at every second I'm there!
