I give them 0 stars. I cancel way August and they canceled my account until November. I knew I had to pay a cancellation fee and I did but none of that pops up on their system. So just for canceling my account I paid 215.00 Terrible customer service. Never going here again. They just want you to sign up but don't tell you about all the hidden fees. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. They will screw you over. They will steal more money then they tell you.

Everyone at Vasa  in American Fork are so awesome! I got everything I needed and set up quickly. The staff there is phenomenal and kind! It's been the best experience.

I love the classes at vasa but it is always so dirty and the employees don’t care to do anything about it. My husband told them they were out of wipes in basically all the wipe things and the employee said he wasn’t going to replace them, and he wasn’t going to do anything about the cleanliness.. really? No one cares to clean? There should be people cleaning all the time for how many people are coming through. And the wipes should be stocked.

Extremely overcrowded.  I like to workout at 6am.  Couldn’t get on a single machine. Went to the stair climbers all taken.  Found the last treadmill of like 50.  Tried the free weights and the entire rack was gone!  I mean gone.  It’s shoulder to shoulder working out in an enormous gym.  I’ve never seen that in my life.  I actually took a picture and sent it to my family.  We moved from Cali and I thought Cali was packed.  Doesn’t hold a candle.  As far as the gym itself if you went at like 3pm everyday I’m sure it’s great.  Has all the amenities.  Wish we could enjoy them.  We plan to cancel after our 6 months is up.  Don’t like leaving negative feedback but in this case I felt compelled.

VASA (American Fork, UT) is a great gym. They have really good equipment. However, some of the equipment I like, namely the LeMond Tour spin bikes are badly in need of repair. Other than that, I've been impressed with how friendly the staff is, and how accessible trainers and classes are. It's been a good experience working out there.
