Absolutely love this place.  I was very hesitant to start working out again this last summer.  I decided to enroll with personal training and was assigned to Tyler.   Tyler is amazing.  He has made working out again fun.  I now come to Vasa 5 days a week.  I wish I could provide more stars.  This place is helping me change my life and be very healthy.

Love this place. Always been a fan of the staff. They tend to be polite and understanding and are willing to work with you. They can be a little persistent with getting personal training, but that’s ok because that’s part of their job. Either way, the facility is always in good condition and tidy. Has a great variety of equipment and can do virtually any sort of exercise style you wish. Awesome place.

The positive:  New gym and equipment- excellent classes and is close to home.  
Needs work:  
 The class studio is 12 degrees hotter than the rest of the gym. I contact the gym after seeing a sign posted about keeping the door closed (it doesn't help cool it off by keeping it shut). No response by management.

Instructors play music way too loud and I have to wear earplugs
The gym is absolutely packed at all hours of the day. It is hard to find a free treadmill or weight machine to use. I contacted the gym about this and was told they focused more on "the functionality aspect" aka green space and free weights etc. There is space near treadmills where several are missing and they could add more machines.
They have separate areas you have to pay more to use such as a F.I.T. room and a fenced in area where they keep all the special equipment. 
They get rid of lost and found items every week so don't leave your stuff!
The management or "support" doesn't respond to requests or questions about the gym.
You have to see all the old faces you were sick of and why you switched gyms in the first place when they all came over from the 24 hour gym in West Jordan after it closed.
The womens' shower stall corners are filthy and haven't been cleaned in several months

The South Jordan facility is beautiful and enjoyable to use. Great atmosphere to work out. The only concern I have is with the employees at Kids Care.  After just one week since getting my membership, my experience is second rate, at best. I find the kids care staff to be rather unfriendly  to both parent and child. I am not greeted with a friendly hello, my child is not welcomed to kids care. The children are left to play alone and barked at rudely when they miss behave.  My children seem to like the facility and are happy to go every day, but  I would love to see a dramatic increase in the customer service quality at kids care in South Jordan.

Gabe set me up with a membership today and was great.  He was super helpful and relayed a sense of concern for my goals and what I was trying to achieve. I am really satisfied with my experience, especially how he approaches his job.  Well done, Sir.
