I have been training with Sabrina for a few months now.  She is amazing.  She is a great trainer for weight loss, strength training, muscle building, and just any body type.  She is very versatile and can do anything!  She has made me feel better about myself and because of her, I look forward to going to the gym for my session.  I can see myself making a huge transformation because of her.

I actually live closer to the South Jordan location but I drive further because this location is great. Employees are awesome and have great attitudes. I also have noticed that this location is always clean and orderly. This is a great gym for the price. I love the atmosphere as well. If you are serious about working out and getting in shape, this is the place to be!

Milo Gutierrez has been my trainer since spring 2017. He has helped me get stronger, have more stamina, and definitely has helped me improve on my weak areas. At 49, I am fairly active but Milo's training has helped me turn back the clock! In 2016 I had a partial rotator cuff tear that really affected the strength/use of that joint, but now it's healed and as strong as ever. Milo takes time to go over goals, checks continually to make sure the weight and movement is appropriate, and he has taught me so much about FORM! As a boxer he has amazing form and balance, and is a very compassionate person and trainer. I would recommend him to train ANYONE as he is the best trainer I have ever had!

It’s great! There’s so many options that come with the monthly pass, and the money is so worth it! The staff has always been super wonderful and it’s a great place to go to!

I've been going to the Vasa fitness center now for a couple of weeks. The gym is very very clean people are very nice and very helpful. It seems to be a very very good relaxed atmosphere and an easy place to work out. Not to mention the pool the basketball court just a great place.
