So the staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions. The gym is clean and they just steam cleaned all the carpets. Convenient to my house.

Called and cancelled my membership in November due to moving out of state and being 20 miles from an anytime. Woke up today and they charged my card $110.30, my account was supposed to be cancelled in November. Called the anytime fitness and they are doing absolutely nothing to refund my money due to negligence from THEIR employee. Owner of club will not call me and woman on the phone was rude. I will be obtaining a lawyer to get my money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!

At the SW 200 location the gym and equipment are good, I loved going there BUT the other gym members are loud, vulgar and disrespectful of others in the gym. I reported this to the management and was treated like it was a joke. If you have time to go only when the staff is there it's ok. I work different hours than most so I can't go when the staff is there. To bad for me it was very convenient to my job. Some of the other members and the staff need to grow up and act right
