Great place to exercise anytime. Not the best for power-lifters, but they do have two power racks.

Very clean and friendly staff. Equipment is new with plenty of cardio options, machines and free weights. New expansion makes it nice and roomy!

Great clean and uncrowded workout facility. Except for during peak times in which the size of the gym is not quite sufficient for its client base. I go early enough to avoid all that though!
