I have been a member here for over a year now! The staff is not only very knowledge and helpful but extremely friendly!! They know everyone by name, and want you to succeed in the gym! Cary does phenomenal team training classes that make you want to workout. I would recommend this gym to anyone (and I already have!!) You guys are the best!

Tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up for a contract. Once you're in that contract, their verbal promise is a joke and your soul is sold- you aren't getting out. They're nice in telling you how you can pay more money to do something, but it is still all a sham in the end.  Make sure anything they tell you when you sign up is signed in writing and you have a copy of it because they frequently cycle through staff and chances are the person who is letting you down was already fired or left. In the end, it's a business who wants your money. Plenty of bigger and better gyms in the surrounding area, they should be more malleable, more trustworthy, and more true to their word if they're trying to keep clientele.

Update: finally outright cancelled instead of worrying about it. Helpful but still ended up costing plenty of money, all because I was cajoled into signing into a contract (which states nothing about cancelling) instead of monthly by someone who was fired anyway.

What a great gym.  The machines are clean, the staff extremely friendly and informative.  They really care about their customers.  The classes they offer are top-notch and I leave each one feeling great.  They push you to meet your goals without making you feel small like at other gyms. Every so often they hold a weight loss challenge where they focus on eating habits and focused training.  I love this gym so much I will NEVER visit another big box gym again.

Haven't joined but went on a short tour of the gyms in this area and the facility was very well kept, staff was engaging and pleasant.  Not as cheap as others in the area, but you get what you pay for.

I went in for a trial pass since I am new to the area and I was not pleased at all with how I was treated. The staff was very rude in trying to push a membership onto me that I did not want and they were increasingly rude when I told them I was indecisive on what gym I wanted to join yet. The machines were not clean in the slightest and the dumbbells were completely ajar on the floor and the bathroom was not even close to hygienic. Definitely not a gym I will ever come back to.
